In den nächsten 20 bis 40 Jahren wird die Wolkenbedeckung der Erde
zunehmen und die mittleren Temperaturen werden voraussichtlich
um ein bis zu zwei Grad Celsius abnehmen.
Der Grund liegt bei den Sonnenzyklen und der bereits festgestellten, reduzierten Sonnentätigkeit. Der abnehmende, von der Sonne verursachte Magnetwind wird ermöglichen, dass jonisierte kosmische Strahlen vermehrt Keime für Wolken bilden.
Im Winter wird es sehr kalt werden. Vor allem im Frühling wird
Frost und schlechtes Wetter der Landwirtschaft grosse Probleme bringen.

"Globale Erwärmung" oder "Globale Abkühlung" oder ...?
Allen Fachleuten ist die Fragwürdigkeit des Begriffs "globale Erwärmung" bestens bekannt.
Entscheidend ist nämlich, wie weit das betrachtete Zeitfenster zurück geöffnet wird.
Wählt man 1870 als Bezugsjahr hat es sich, global gemittelt, erwärmt.
Geht man dagegen weiter zurück, sieht man, dass es früher deutlich
wärmer war als heute.

Climate is always changing
We have had ice ages and warmer periods when alligators were found in Spitzbergen.
Ice ages have occurred in a hundred thousand year cycle for the last 700 thousand years, and there have been previous periods that appear to have been warmer than the present despite CO2 levels being lower than they are now.
More recently, we have had the medieval warm period and the little ice age.
During the latter, alpine glaciers advanced to the chagrin of overrun villages.

During the last ice age, sea level was so low that people were able to walk from Siberia to Alaska across the Bering Strait. One of the more stunning pieces of evidence of this is the remarkable similarity of appearance and culture between the indigenous peoples of Eastern Siberia and North America. In 2002, the BBC reported that a submerged city was found off the coast of India, 36 meters below sea level. This was long before the Hummer or coal fired power plant was invented. It is quite likely that low lying coastal areas will continue to get submerged, just as they have been for the last 20,000 years. During the last ice age, thick glaciers covered all of Canada and several states in the US, as well as all of Northern Europe. As that ice melts, the water flows into the ocean and raises sea level. |
